Trump Media and Crypto.com have announced a cooperation for the introduction of Bitcoin and Cronos ETFs via Truth.Fi.

The Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), the operator of Truth Social, has closed a partnership with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to create a number of stock market -traded funds (ETFs) with a focus on digital assets.
The first products are shown Bitcoin (BTC) and Cronos (CRO) and expelled via Foris Capital US LLC, the broker dealer from Crypto.com.
The initiative is run at Truth.Fi, the Fintech platform from TMTG started in January 2025. At the start, TMTG undertook to invest up to $ 250 million in ETFs and separately managed accounts (SMAs). Charles Schwab was named as the deposit of the funds.

The agreement follows a non -binding announcement in March. In addition to the ETFs, Trump Media also plans the introduction of Truth.Fi-Branded SMAs, for which no further details were published.
After regulatory approval, the products should be available worldwide with a planned rollout in the USA, Europe and Asia.
Crypto.com introduces Roadmap 2025 with ETF and StableCoin plans
Crypto.com will play a central role in the international sales of the ETFs of Trump Media. CEO Kris Marszalek described the partnership as part of the overarching strategy of combining traditional and digital financial channels.
